COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gorman Rupp 811/2D11-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Renold products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Renold such as the 50YNRB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5IK40RA50RA manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5K254AK205 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 5370273017 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Isoflux-Servomotors such as 5444259613 equipment made by Isoflux-Servomotors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Isoflux-Servomotors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Isoflux-Servomotors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 68BM092HBX22 made by Sanyo as well as the popular 5PY59JY3 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4THY5 by Dayton and 5444259613 spares by Isoflux-Servomotors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4Z062A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
